 I can't eat potatoes (many of us have multiple food allergies) and
potatos don't provide much protein.

Maybe I'm not clear on something but I've recieved potatoes with
virtually every meal so I'm not so I'm a little unclear the challenge
posed by a gluten intolerance in this particular location.
