Large, international conferences with a wide mixture of people tend to  
be in large cities and so cost more. The Hilton in Chicago was  
expensive, more so than this place. If we'd have the meeting in New  
York, that would be even more expensive. Move the conference to, say,  
Salt Lake City, and you'll have a harder time finding kosher food, but  
prices are bound to be lower.
