I read it, and will first just note a bunch of typographical errors: things
like an extra space after "US Department of Justice", "iETF", and even an
incorrect transcription of what's here: https://www.justice.gov/atr/mission.
I think if you're going to quote them, you need to preserve paragraph
breaks.

More critically, I don't think BCP 54 describes an "IETF framework that
participants engage in their individual capacity, not as company
representatives". I believe that to be true, and have heard it many times,
but there must be a better reference here.
