Agreed. And for HTML/web developers, they know github, and should go with
that.  It's a good choice.

The CELLAR WG guys are actually *TOO FAR* onto github, and as co-chair,
I have to ask them to bring things back to the list.

In particular, as noted here and in the WUGH BOF (there isn't a ML by that
name...) that discussion in a pull request does not work well.
