In the present time the registrant gets two IDN domain names, one with tonos
and the same without. The IDNA2008 protocol is not yet implemented in the
registry and the final sigma is not a different character.

It will soon be and we have to discuss with our registrars and registrants
what the fee scheme will be then, since the domains with final sigma will
need four variants to cover the most usual typing types.

To these domain bundles, they can add variants (different tonos positions of
the original name) and homographs (names in Latin that look exactly like or
very similar to the Greek character domain name).

This should be considered the top level of the bundle-tree. Down below, many
similar things can happen but they do not happen in our zone file.

If you provide the registrant the possibility to set up just a "main" zone
and xNAME the rest, the administration will be much easier and cheaper.

Best,

Vaggelis Segredakis

Is that to say that the typicl registrant gets 2-4 names from
the .GR registry, and may then add further multiplicity further
down the hierarchy, depending on requirements and resources?

	Thanks for confirming and/or clarifying.
