I support the adoption.
Do I like further pollution of BGP (which I contributed to)?  not really, however this is an opinion, in reality - I operate one of the largest networks in the world, and my company has invested millions of $$ and is extensively using BGP-LS. With all the best intentions - here we are.
I’m aware of at least 2 implementations that can stream LSDB over a much better transport, however this seems not to gain any popularity, that’s it.
