Khaled, this is not about your formal skills or who you work for. You
have so far failed to generate the enthusiasm required to get others to
participate. Lots of ideas have failed over the years. Get over it, or
improve your concept. Create a practical implementation etc. Finding the
skills and people to do so is ultimately your own responsibility.
Complaints to the mailing-list about a lack of participation and
enthusiasm is counter-productive. It is not our job to prove you wrong.
It is your job to prove that your concept is worth considering, and so
far you have failed to do so.
