The tunnels work great in the day time. To get to them from Marta, one has to go through Peachtree Mall and I think that may not be open at night. One option that might work for those who want to minimize walking on the street at night is to go from Marta to the Hyatt which is less than half a block and use the Hyatt to Marriot bridge and then the Marriot to Hilton bridge. 

The escalator from Marta to Peachtree mall was not running when I arrived. There are temporary walls blocking it off and signs saying that it is being replaced with a date in late October for the work to complete. One at least has to cross the street from the West escalator to Peactree mall.

One thing I haven't heard discussed is the "skybridge", which appears to interconnect the Hilton with the Marriot and with which one can apparently reach Marta via other tunnels.  I personally haven't tried these tunnels, but it seems to be a solution for those worried about walking the streets between the hotel and Peachtree / Marta.

Anyone know more about these tunnels, such as what hours are they are open and/or any gaps in connectivity between the hotel and Peachtree / Marta?
