For those taking a taxi, the experience seems to be highly dependent
on what time of day you arrive.  I arrived at rush hour on Friday and
the trip from the airport was hellish.  MARTA's going to run at
roughly the same speed during rush hour as any other time, although it
may be a lot more crowded.
