Let me echo on this.

I had a walk around the Hilton area last evening.

The area is not safe.  I got contacted twice by walkers that seemed to
me as homeless with more or less intention to cheat or whatever.  One
wanted to sell me a car, pretending he's not crazy, the other asked for
money.

I also noticed uniformed officers (police? private? fire?) at various
corners sitting and watching.
