This is very standard Hilton Executive breakfast for domestic U.S. 
properties.  Occasionally, a property will have hard-boiled eggs, but 
it's very rare to find any hot items, salmon, or any of that at the 
Executive Lounge in the U.S.  Overseas is quite another matter.

Besides being rather small, it's completely unheated.  I tried to use 
it yesterday but it was too cold even for me.  After 5 minutes my 
feet were numb and I got dizzy, so I thought it best to stop swimming 
and exit.  (Previously I the coldest was the outdoor pool at a 
facility in Maastricht, which was very bracing.)
