Atlanta is home to the nation's largest indoor climbing facility, and I hear it's great. Climbing walls up to 60 ft tall (~18 m).

If you want to check this out, I recommend taking the Gold Line MARTA train to the Doraville (end of the line) station, and taking a taxi to Stone Summit (bring the directions and address with you). It would probably take about 40 minutes to get there this way.

There are others. The nearest are the facilities at Georgia State University and Georgia Tech, and those are restricted to students/faculty.
