It depends whether you arrive into Terminal E or Terminal F.  If you
arrive into Terminal E then yes, you have a VERY long walk to get over
to Terminal F where the new Customs/Immigration checkpoint is located.
However if you arrive into Terminal F then you have a much shorter walk.

I do not know how they distribute arrivals between E and F.  I've never
been to F, personally, yet.
