you sent me a request to replace Kevin as chair on Dec 20. I am reviewing the request and the related email threads, which is taking time, especially given the holiday period. I am also reading all the feedback on this list and feedback sent to me personally at irtf-chair@irtf.org. Let's please not invent new processes.
