Sure-- I list a couple others in the main matter. I think I meant this 
as a bare minimum. I can restate it better in the -01.

I guess you're saying that this opens up a new attack on the nomcom 
whereby the pool of gender minorities is reduced to 1. Maybe we just 
need to state that as a risk? It would seem to me we would, if we could, 
try to fix it for its own sake (mutual respect, gender diversity, people 
are kind, etc), not because it would compromise the nomcom.
