Nomcom does also get liaisons and can request external advisors.
Liaisons are not voting members (in an organization that does not
believe in voting). ISOC currently provides one liaison has a much
broader pool of participants than the IETF. At present selection of the
ISOC liaison is at the discretion of the ISOC board of trustees.
Possibly the number of ISOC liaisons could be increased to two and some
criteria provided to ensure that diverse perspectives are provided.
