heck, make these miscreants where a special colored dot broadcasting 
they're out of a job so everyone will know they're meeting beggers 
and hopefully folks with jobs will feed them throughgout the week too...

are any of you really this idealistic, or does it just feel good 
typing the words to pick on the downtrodden?
