FWIW the plenary worked well for me. I can’t easily carve out even one week
for IETF, but I can schedule around it, and did. It helped that it was in
European time, so didn’t clash much with my work meetings, but it’s always
going to be a crap shoot. I’m very glad that it opened up more time for
meetings. I was not surprised by the schedule—it was announced many times.
