Re: [Ecrit] IETF ECRIT Design Team on Premature Call Termination

I just had to give the topic a name. I selected this one since previous
discussions used this term. 
I am happy to pick a different name for the DT. 

We will obviously go through the terminology first; Brian's doc is the
starting point.
