We need to be able to point to a detailed, technical specification for 
'real MTA'.

What I'm less clear about is whether you are suggesting there be two 
classes of MTA -- I'll offer 'Enterprise MTA' vs. 'Public MTA' as 
possible label distinctions -- or whether you view these lesser MTAs as 
simply being MSAs.
