mDNS is link-local, so you can actually use your LLA for that (and we do). But e.g. if you are using SRP (https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-dnssd-srp-07), then it makes sense to push your GUA and your ULA and bind to both, or to INADDR_ANY (if you want to be globally reachable). I would expect the SRP server to do the work of figuring out on which DNS server to publish the ULA and on which to publish the GUA.
