Really AAAA records need to be replaced with something that identifies the zone the IPv6 address is applicable to.
A 128bit followed by a domain name would work.  System would need to which domain names where applicable to which links.  I would expect the could be done with a RA option.

e.g.
	www.andrews.example.id.au. SA 2001:DB8::1c59:17c:a2ce:e9ee .
	www.andrews.example.id.au. SA fd37:287a:df67::1 dv.andrews.example.id.au.
        www.andrews.example.id.au. SA fe80::14f4:ff53:6bfa:960b link1.dv.andrews.example.id.au.
	www.andrews.example.id.au. SA ::ffff:10.0.0.1 dv.andrews.example.id.au.

The above has global, ULA, link-local and RFC 1918 addresses for a fictional web server.
