And since RFC4193 neither updates RFC4007 or RFC 3513 (nor was it
referenced in RFC4291) there are no breadcrumbs to follow either. This is
the biggest issue I have and if anything comes out of this discussion, can
we please get reasonable breadcrumbs in place. There is several possible
ways to solve this.
