p1. Power conservative ND Proxy isn’t possible with Thread™ 1.1 (and earlier) networks. It may never be possible in future versions of Thread™.

p2. Thread™ is not an application layer. It is an IPv6 mesh network layer. There is no single application layer to proxy.

The war against IPv6/NAT is over. It’s time to go home and nurse our wounds.
