We’re still catching up with bookings after the COVID pause, and we announce as soon as we have signed the deal.  We avoid announcing before that because venues then assume we are committed and we lose all bargaining power.  The global venue industry appears to believe that the best way to recover from pandemic cancellations is to push their prices up as high as possible and make their contracts as one-sided as possible, and so not only is this bargaining power crucial, it is taking much longer and much more effort than pre-pandemic to negotiate bookings
