The argument from somebody saying that his "by name" API
hides IPv4 vs. IPv6 details as it should, and that adding
some logic to distinguish the results would be annoying,
impressed me.  2821bis cannot say MUST NOT for AAAA, but
it could still limit any "implicit MX" MUSTard to IPv4.
