Hi all,

I have to agree with Qi. It is hard to define which one is an _optimized_
solution clearly than another one. Different operators would have different
situations and there is always tradeoff among different solutions.

I think we do not need to compare with map in lw4o6 draft, but just to
describe what is lw4o6.
