I agree with Brian and Russ,

We should not spend a single second discussing whether we e.g. shall use consistent terminology - we shall just do it. GenART, IESG and/or the RFC editor would most likely ask for it anyway, so let's get it done with.

I disagree.  I just looked again at your comments, and many of them are very easy to handle and they do not have broad impact.  I think the authors can clearly distinguish the two.
