Pretty please stop discussing epidemiology on this list.

IETF is not a group of epidemiology experts.

If someone on this is interested in effects of non-compliance on spread 
of Covid-19 then please go to scientific sources and read how 
non-compliance is incorporated in epidemiology models and how it affects 
model predictions.
