Who is the “we” here, Jari?   If it’s the IAB, then you don’t need a BoF.  Go write down what you think and share it with us as an IAB statement or IAB RFC.  I think this would be a useful thing to do.   But I don’t think there’s a “we” in the IETF that has a consensus position on this, so even if “we” should say something about this, it’s clear to me that there is no something we can agree on that we could say.
