Hi Barry,

I think that I agree with others about trying to find a narrower and more concrete scope.

The IAB have been discussing workshops on the general subject area and it initially struck me that this is a pretty credible workshop description.  There are a few pieces that seem to explicitly invite the sorts of discussions of policy we've seen on this thread in the past 23 hours.

Alissa's version is a lot closer to the mark, though it shares some of the woolly framing and scope issues.  If we were to BoF that, I suspect we wouldn't even be able to resolve the P3P piece adequately.

Just as a disclaimer, I have been on vacation and there are 36 unread threads in my IAB folder, so I'm probably behind the times a little.
