Yes, but draft-ietf-dnsop-resolver-information-00 only discusses publishing
the resolver information but does not discuss the resolver policy.

All the above drafts target both DoT and DoH excluding
draft-peterson-dot-dhcp-00. I missed including
https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-peterson-doh-dhcp-00.
