The use of "My" started with slides I hacked up in the middle of the 
Montreal meeting to make an illustrative point. I too was a little 
surprised that the same term made it as far as the charter.

Since I started it as much as anyone, please know that "A specific" or 
some other more formal language is perfectly fine with me.
