I also agree with Bob. A setup like this is great for an interim meeting,
or perhaps for a small focused WG (it would have been great back when I
chaired FRNETMIB back in the 90s, we had around 10 or so people at a
meeting and we tended to move the chairs to sit in a circle).  But even
with a small focused group, this would be very difficult for remote
participants to have an equivalent place at the table.
