I agree with Bob - I don't see this working for any large WG with diverse
topics (e.g., DISPATCH).  Maybe smaller WGs, but I don't think the
logistics are manageable given the places we meet.

Other standard's meetings I attend that have 30-40 participants have the
U-shaped setup with some folks sitting behind all around.  Audio is
*always* a problem and you waste time having to restate things and it's a
terrible experience as a remote participant.  You really need a purpose
built meeting room for that to work well, or you need a lot more A/V
support for addition of the extra microphones.   And, the acoustics of many
of these meeting rooms only make it worse.  We sometimes have problems even
with in-room audio with our current very simple setup.
