[MB] Perhaps.  My suggestion for folks that seem to feel too cold is
to ask your doctor to test your thyroid and measure your ferritin.
Feeling cold can be a symptom of low ferritin and low thyroid
function.  I used to be with you folks that are also freezing until I
got my ferritin levels of up and my thyroid treated.  Of course, when
I was someone that always felt chilled, I was in the habit of dressing
appropriately with layers. [/MB]

[MB] Again, a pashmina or one of the silk liners one can buy for
camping bags is incredibly compact, but can provide a lot of warmth.
