Actually, this is exactly the point: due to lack of a proper standard for
communities to support 4-byte-ASNs, people have to resort to various hacks
to achieve the required functionality.  *This* is where instability and
lack of sustainability comes from.

Not from shipping a simple and to the point standard that solves operational
needs in a straightforward way.
