Stop conflating my desire for a common header with my support for wide
communities.  As I mentioned in the base message for this thread, I don't
give a darned whether it's wide, 4:4, 16:4 or the future plethora.

Stop allocating path attributes and forcing people to filter attributes
rather than just add a blanket "drop community type" policy mechanism.
