Hi Jay,

So, I guess my proposal to institute a reduced fee for retired experts
(similar to the one paid by students) who are not sponsored and who cannot
afford paying the full fee was not accepted. Can you shortly update me
whether the proposal was discussed and on what grounds it was rejected?
