One point is subjective and fully unquantified, i.e. it has no place in 
a standards track document, and particularly not in a problem statement. 
Two of the points are technically misleading, bordering on incorrect, 
and should be deleted.  Two more are the same issue fleshed out into two 
bullet points.  In other words, the problem statement as it stands boils 
down to a single non-quantified issue about battery powered devices on 
wifi networks.

These are all things that have been raised repeatedly, but nothing 
substantial has been changed in the document.
