Nice strawman. Really? 

As far as I know there is no host implementation for this draft. It is very
clear that the security section is incomplete. Which should be obvious 
to anyone who would be using a host implementation on a mobile device for a
while.

This is a really sad state of affairs for a draft that tries to modify the
behavor of every possible IPv4 stack in the world.
