I can confirm that.

I’ve tested many CPE products/vendors with IPv6 support (in addition to OpenWRT and LEDE), and they have both enabled by default.

I’ve not collected a “list” of them, but probably the figures that I’ve on the top of my head (and guess most of us) is more than 12-15 different well-known vendors.

    It depends on the vendor, of course. AIUI all of Comcast's home routers do DHCPv6 as well as SLAAC and DHCPv4. IIRC my off-the-shelf d-link home routers supported IA_NA as well.
