In the plenary chat multiple observers called it reverberation.
I speculated it was from the authority of the office (;-)
but its probbly just echo from bare walls. Aka: your
microphone setup and echo cancellation are probably fine. If you
want to avoid using a headset (for better visuals or whatever),
picture frames, plants or any other decoration can help 
to break the wall reflections. Just in case you always wante
to redecorate anyhow ;-)
