then also the quota limit which is a marker for the excess routes delimiter
for ORF.  So the destination PE when it hits the VRF limit it will discard
routes.  However once the PE is triggered to send the VPN ORF to the RR
based on the quota / VRF limit trigger the RR will send the Adj-Rib-Out
towards the PE filtering/dropping the excess routes based on ORF entries
sent by the PE.  So this as you mentioned will trigger the PE to send

which is a BAU CPU hit not a memory hit.  So once excessive routes dropped
are no longer installed in the VRF RIB, that happens the destination PE
will be stabilized related to VRF memory exhaustion relief.
