This was discussed earlier. My initial understanding was that corporate bans
WOULD be included in the refund policy, but then:

I see, thank you for explaining that.  

I hesitate to make policy on the fly and so all I will say for now is that if anyone find themselves in this position they should get in touch with us.  I will discuss with colleagues whether or not we need to amend the policy.
