I suggest a new metric instead to measure length: the "PoN".

1 PoN = the length of our largest RFC to date (where today becomes the
equivalent of Jan 1, 1970 is for seconds): RFC8881 (NFS version 4 minor
version 1 protocol) in txt format.  Thus, 1 PoN = 1593486 octets or
31832 lines.

Then we can measure the length of any other document based on this
length.  Thus, RFC3514 ("The Security Flag in the IPv4
Header."), which is 11211 octets or 339 lines becomes ".0070:.0106 PoN".
