Since a couple of folks asked, I put the script up on github:

https://github.com/lcolitti/radvd-pref64

It's pretty basic, only taking the interface name on the command line and
hardcoding the NAT64 prefix 64:ff9b::/96, a lifetime of 1800 and an
interval of 240s. I included the openwrt hotplug script I use as well. It
works well on openwrt 18.06 but haven't tested anything more recent. I
think the code should work on python 3 as well, but that's mostly untested.

Pull requests accepted, though if someone has time to work on this, they
might be better off contributing support to radvd or odhcpd.
