How do you drag ice water around and keep it at that temperature all day
long? At least two or three IETF days are 8AM-midnight work days for
me, once you add in hallway meetings, design team meetings, presentation
writing (yes, I do them at the last minute).

I drink a lot of water over the course of an IETF day, and I prefer ice
water.

Perhaps I'm just too accustomed to expecting large ice water dispensers
in every meeting room as in all/most IETFs held in the U.S.? Perhaps
others from outside the U.S. distrust all tap water and would prefer
bottled water during meeting breaks.
