I certainly agree that centralization is not ideal, but this recommendation
needs to be balanced against other values, in this case, having the DNS
queries go to a provider with determined, acceptable, privacy policies --
which, after all, is how we got here in the first place. So, no, I don't
think that this proposed recommendation would be right as-is.
