[JL] I chair a grants fund at work - the Comcast Innovation Fund - https://innovationfund.comcast.com/. If any academics reading this have interesting research proposals (or open source software development proposals) on this subject, you can post them at that URL. We just approved a few DoH-related things (not yet announced). So, I won't bet you that beer but I'd be more than happy to have a beer with you anyway! :-)
